create a panel subpage #4

...how to create a page to redirect to from the panel landing page, like in panel/#/users/edit/<username>.

This page should not reside in the core folders to ensure it's not overwritten on update.

not possible because of .htaccess routing all /panel traffic. No way in redirecting to a different folder, when in /panel.

Back to templates and /content.
