Menu item placement

Some minor problems I noticed with menu items in v 0.3.2:

- I think File -> New -> Instance should be renamed to File -> New ->
Window since that is what it appears to do.

- Edit -> Data source manager should probably read Edit -> Data Sources for
consistency.  

- The meaning and purpose of File -> Open is not immediately clear.  I
thought at first that it was for opening a connection to database, or since
I am dealing with SQLite v3 files, a SQLite database file.

Committed the first two as r540.

I understand the problem with File -> Open, but no changes in this revision. 
Maybe
the "Connection" item in the "Query" menu could be moved to "File"... But I'm
currently not sure about this...

SQLite is special in that case, but I hope that the cleaned up data source 
manager
makes it now clearer.
