1. Add an action to navigate between statements in foreground editor.
2. Possible keyboard shortcut for this actions: Ctrl+J/K

Shortcuts added in r117edca5b0fe.

The shortcuts are Ctrl+Alt+J and Ctrl+Alt+K (Ctrl+K is reserverd for 
incremental search).
