Some UI enhancements #8

 * 'Preferences' should be the last item in the 'Edit' menu to conform with
other GNOME apps.
 * Query toolbar buttons (Execute, View, Begin, Commit, Rollback) should
have corresponding menu items, or keyboard shortcuts, or both
 * Toolbar items could obey GNOME preferences for showing text/icons vs.
icons only

Committed in r185. Keyboard shortcuts are already implemented, have a look at 
the
user manual for details. Menu items for executing queries will be implemented 
with
issue9.

Issue reopened. The toolbar needs some more changes to respect GNOME 
preferences. At
the moment the connection chooser isn't displayed when text and icons are 
displayed.
