Create a powershell module to send the log entries to the api. The following tasks should be implemented:

[ ] Create host in database
[ ] Create script in database
[ ] Start a new script instance
[ ] Stop a current script instance
[ ] Override the cmdlets Write-Output, Write-Warning, Write-Error, Write-Debug, Write-Verbose
