X-ADDRESSBOOKSERVER-MEMBER is not necessarily present if X-ADDRESSBOOKSERVER-KIND = 'group' is set and results in: "PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/fritz/carddav2fb/src/functions.php on line 318"
