enabled setHkrBoost and setHkrWindowOpen #40

I tried it in my local env and it worked. Simply added some boundaries to time2api which you can provide seconds until boost/windowopen should be ended. If one is negative or zero, the according function will be disabled.

Note to mention: This will only show up on the thermostat once it has been polled by the server (the infamous 15 minutes).

Hello @andig, this PR has been merged but it seems not yet published on NPM (last update was in May '21). It would be nice to have it available, people are asking me to also support these features.
