I assume you don't want me to merge it, as you closed it?

BTW i'm not sure if converting the byte order would be actually the right thing to do. I would rather recheck if the algorithm just works on BE, and if not tweak it to do. This would requiring re-testing, re-verifying the avalanche effect etc.
