While the tcrdist3 package is named as such, the actual proper noun "TCRdist" seems to be capitalized in this way in P. Bradley's group's papers, and so I have updated the various TCRdist model names to reflect this capitalisation (not the actual code class names, which still follow PEP8 Camel Casing guidelines, but the string "name" attributes associated with the class instances)
