Did it but i shows not quite the nice behaviour of before, could be just a Choice of parameters though.
Still some uncertainty where the phase transition happens. It depends on alpha, beta and J. I dont know how we would estimate this. I thought about the terms in the update formula but they are dependant on dt, which should not be the case for the phase transition. I thought about estimating energy of the thermal movement versus the depth of the potential, but this didn't quite work out. How would we do that? The Distribution of velocities for brownian motion should be gaussian (solve Langevin or Fokker-Planck-Equation). To get the average value of the abs value of the velocity we would have to integrate |v|*p(v) and the result should be 1/2 k T if i am not mistaken.
Instead of changing my Potential with time i want to change the Temperature of the Bath. Think about running for longer times after reaching a temperature below T_c
