Connecting ItemMap.cvs #2

The renaming of the original items obtained from Extract is done in Excel (ItemMap_20042014.xlsx", one of it's tab is exported into csv, as "ItemMap_20042014.csv" in "./Data/ItemMapping").

The goal is to connect this "ItemMap_20042014.csv" to the "Derive_dsL_from_Extract.R" and other R files, so that the user references only the human labels, while the retrieval occurs through a lower-leverl, unique item keys (RNUM, this is NLSY convention to name the items)
