I have fixed a number of broken links from https://github.com/andkret/Cookbook/issues/116 there are issues with medium links that are interpreted as email, but there is an existing PR in the GitHub action so it will eventually be fixed https://github.com/lycheeverse/lychee/pull/177

Also, I have sorted the links in data sourced markdown so it is easier to navigate through alphabetically.

BTW the issues with the wrongly interpreted medium links were fixed by @pawroman. Should now work in master and lychee-action@master. 🥳

Have tested in lychee-action@master and working like a charm:)
