Use a Markdown version of the license (recognized by GitHub) #293

Once merged, this will make sure the MIT license is detected by GitHub so it can be displayed in the repository overview and search results.

Note that the license doesn't need to be markdown formatted. e.g. lrstanley/geoip/README. it's likely the line breaks, extra text on the bottom, or the actual text "MIT License" not appearing at the top, being the issue.
