Feature request: Expand the meaning of "Tracking" to include situational #3

This could at first just be a scrape and regex filtration of: https://blogs.nasa.gov/stationreport/ for interesting status/situation things like outages, replacements, shipments, staffing changes, etc. The summaries are short and nicely written already, they could be spoken directly by Mycroft without any editing.

That sounds like a realy nice extension. It needs to be scraped, as I find no other way to pull the information. But could be fun to ast "hey mycroft - whats going on at the international space station today"
