Update outgoing

• Change msgqueue.db schema to use separate tables for each message type (Fixes #57)
• Move away from SSH based communication to Node.js REST API
• Use https with client key/cert for encryption and authentication of messages
• Add testing for REST API with newman (Postman)
• Update remote code to pull from new message queue

This is a big change that may break parts of message sending in autoMessage.py.
