There is no about section and contact section. #2

The about and contact from home.html is missing and I can add the href connection to languages in the same page. Also with an email id provided I can setup the contact from such that the messages will be redirected as emails. Please Assign this to me and also add gssoc extd and hacktoberfest labels.
