Feat: Add Description to the About Page

Describe the feature

A description has been added to the About page of the OpSo app. This description provides users with a clear understanding of the app's purpose and its functionalities.

Changes Implemented:

• Added a brief explanation about OpSo, covering its role in helping users explore various open-source programs (e.g., Google Summer of Code, Summer of Bitcoin, Linux Foundation).

I am contributing in GSSOC EXTD and Hacktoberfest. Could you assign this to me? @andoriyaprashant
