Describe Problem / Root Cause

The technique used to search projects was wrong, developer was searching and saving the result in the variable which was used to store all the projects.

Solution proposed

Created individual variable for search result and to store all projects
implemented it efficiently in the code
removed the function to search tag as it was not used and not needed
