macro linking #87

a separate function from link (macro ?) that shortcuts one-to-many param linking, with an internal 0-1 value and range/curve per param. control type only

add this to study 3 as well !! solves the decay/release mapping thing nicely

I wonder if persistence/value can happen through a get from the first param ? nah I don't really think we want that cuz it'll get wonky changing that param manually
