Setup our services and website, so that we can simply press puplish, to make it compile and copy it over to the virtual computer

Currently it is still in the branch 'ConnectionSetup'. but the required setup to solve this has been done, only waiting on #25 before pulling in to the development branch.

All done now, should be able to connect and work with services from the website and client console
