baseUrl is not used by dockerImage #18

It seems that GH action is not passing baseUrl value to the docker image https://github.com/andrcuns/allure-publish-action/blob/main/action.yml#L56-L66

Results: baseUrl value has been ignored and not used during publishing report link.

Hopefully should be fixed, dumb mistake
