The following features must be implemented for tutorial:

[x] Base tutorial script;
[x] Add tutorial actions;
[ ] Define tutorial order, actions and texts.

Tutorial must be updated to support multiple tutorials, for example, Store tutorial, Workbench tutorial, etc. Those tutorials should not be called when started, but when player start doing something related to it.
