Internal exception raised when building in 10.3.2 #57

The following exception is raised when I try to compile under Delphi 10.3.2; 64bit Windows. No problems previously

[dcc64 Fatal Error] DeviceAndPlatformInfo.pas(102): F2084 Internal Error: GPFC000001D-13969743(0F8E0000)-0

Win32 builds without an issue. 10.4.1 (64 bit) is fine as well.
