registering non-standard units #3

gamma ray is not a standard unit in the pint unit registry. perhaps a short list of unique O&G units needs to be compiled and then inserted into uncertainties at runtime.

I do not have a list handy... will do some digging and come up with a short list. then implement a short function or module to load in the unique units.

looks like there are several different ways to define sets of unit. perhaps loading from a file would be easiest to maintain.
