Add the option to hide Supporters' Edition features in the Settings menu

The menu bar currently has both Community Edition and Supporters' Edition features jumbled together . As someone who'll likely only use the Community Edition, it's really frustrating to always be misclicking on the Supporters' Edition features because of the monotonous menu bar, and close the resulting popup.

The Community Edition is a free, complete and fully functional application, it's not a trial, and there is no advertising.

For this reason, I believe that the presence in the menu of the Supporters Edition's features to entice the purchase is widely bearable.
