man pages have incorrect links to FreeDesktop.org Trash Specification #231

In the "see also" section, the man pages list the URL for the FreeDesktop.org Trash Specification as http://www.ramendik.ru/docs/trashspec.html

This URL is not working.

https://specifications.freedesktop.org/trash-spec/trashspec-1.0.html appears to be the current URL.
