README: Added db config info to setup steps #2

I got stuck here, wound up grepping for "andrea" in the codebase before I figured it out :)

That info is too sensitive to commit it to the repo, I think that it should be handled in env vars.

Thanks a lot! :-) merged. However I'm going to fix this with a better solution, also related to #3 by using a dotenv. For now, the README is enough :P
