myphpadmin and prestashot #256

I have installed myphpadmin in via SSH With the user: cipi With the user: root (enabled login) created the symbolic link

and nothing, i am unable to open /phpmyadmin

Also i have installed prestashop, i can login in admin but after that i get get err_too_many_redirects
