I worked nginx vhosts for hours then I realase that nginx restart is not working from server panel. Manually running "sudo systemctl restart nginx.service" is working from ssh.

Also thanks for this wonderfull project @andreapollastri

Hi! I checked it and it seems work! How do you recognize that it doesn't work from panel? I have to rebuild the issue to find a solution!

fatihalp commented 2 years ago

I've changed vhosts many times and didn't reflected to system

fatihalp commented 2 years ago

How you testing yourself?

andreapollastri commented 2 years ago

Did you change it via panel or manually?!? What version of Cipi are you running! I'm trying to edit and manage sites in version 3.1.15 and it works well! No issues!

I tried also to manually add some nginx configuration to my sites (as cipi.sh/docs.html explains) and to restart nginx from panel and it works!

I don't know how you are managing your vhosts! You have to do it from panel but via panel, any edit doesn't need a restart because it will auto restart your nginx service!

Let me know

Maybe my bad @andreapollastri thanks a lot I'm gonna try again.

I'm thinking backup and migration from x features to move cipi entirely. Using CWP in several server. It's not stable after 5 years.

I think you have plans to do that. Is it possible to develop modules?
