Ssl issue #405

Hello , I still have issue with ssl. Its really annoying. I generate ssl certificate for my laravel website but When i try to put https after generate browser redirect my another website. Looks like it doesnt sync ssl certificate to my laravel website. How can i see ssl log ? Whats going on and whats the error ?

does the panel work? is the project active? I have a login error after installation. I can't even go inside.
