Is Cipi 4 still coming? #459

I just discovered Cipi and I'm loving it this far. Is Cipi 4 still coming?

I hope so, I asked Andrea 6 month ago and he said he was still working on it.

It seems he might be retiring this repo for that one, but both have plenty of activity. It appears he's using that one to test with Laravel 10 as opposed to this one on Laravel 9. He's clearly working hard to finish it up.

Can someone here update CIPI 3 with PHP 8.2 and all the dependencies. This shouldn't be complicated... We should at least get security updates.

I'll do it If CIPI 4 is officially not coming.

I don't think Andrea has given up on the project yet.

I really hope it will come, Cipi is one of best open source panel for PHP sites. I have tested V4 few month ago, it was almost complete.
