Unable to create environment from yaml

Hi, I am trying to create a conda env from your yaml but running into issues:

LibMambaUnsatisfiableError: Encountered problems while solving:
  - package tbb-2020.3-hfd86e86_0 is excluded by strict repo priority
  - package jpeg-9d-h516909a_0 is excluded by strict repo priority
  - package pango-1.40.14-he752989_2 is excluded by strict repo priority
  - package pynndescent-0.5.1-pyhd3deb0d_0 is excluded by strict repo priority
  - package xorg-xproto-7.0.31-h14c3975_1007 is excluded by strict repo priority
  - package anndata-0.7.4-py37hc8dfbb8_0 is excluded by strict repo priority
  - package graphviz-2.38.0-hcf1ce16_1009 is excluded by strict repo priority
  - package umap-learn-0.5.0-py37h89c1867_0 is excluded by strict repo priority

Any tips to resolve appreciated.

The environment was created with conda not mamba
