Store Network name, IP, Frequency, BSSID in SharedPreferences #4

Set network name to a default "MeshAndroid" (?)
Set IP address to random as default
Frequency to 2412
BSSID to 02:11:22:33:44:55

Don't show any value on the first screen, but make all of them editable on a Settings page. On the first screen just show one big green button "Start".

Values are written during onboarding.
