error loadImage() failed: could not create decoder #139

It happens to me with Windows 10 and only with some chats

@andreas-mausch the whole app becomes dysfunctional after this error window appears.

Exporting the chat to an archive, it can be read outside the app. Once the error is gotten in the app no other chat can be loaded until the app is closed and opened again. I have not find a fix yet

I spent a lot of time on this, tried different databases (on different days), another PC, finally I copied/restored Whatsapp on a new phone using Titanium Backup (WITHOUT media files) and the decoded database got NO issue. It still shows the media within the chat as an icon though. It may work by just renaming Whatsapp Images and/or Videos folders before doing a fresh chat backup .. I hope the new version will overcome this annoying bug .. Thanks
