See fullPileup():numHTSReaderThreads. No difference in timing with 1 or 2 threads for lofreq call -p -b NC_000912_Mpneumoniae_comb.srt.bam -f NC_000912_Mpneumoniae.fasta -r NC_000912.1:1-100000
