Support Dual Boot B2G with ICS #221

Patch B2G to enable dual booting B2G on phone with Android 4.0 ICS Roms.

It's not possible to dual-boot in the grub or Boot Camp sense because we can't repartition the device and we don't want to attempt replacing the bootloader.

That said, it's quite easy to switch between ROMs if you use a ROM manager like clockworkmod, which we recommend for sgs2.
