8 years ago Hej Martin, that's fine for me. It's cool that you updated the project. I have not made many changes to the project since it's initial creation and I believe many things are outdated. If you want you can also create pull requests to update the repository.
Since then I have moved my attention to Magento 2 and used a more portable composer-based approach for dockerizing Magento. Maybe that's also interesting for you:
