initial tour-entry in sql #75

holy mother..!

right now almost every test will fail, as soon as i remove the itial tour in the 1.sql evolution. obviously this is not the desired behaviour, as i would like to remove the stupid dummy tour.

fixed for now with re-adding initial tour: 293f6dc27fdd4b68108416b1b2e22364f9501114

please fix this, the right way ;)
