SMS problems with Umlauts #76

wir muessen hier noch schauen wie man die umlaute korrekt in die sms packt. zur zeit kommt "N????lein" anstelle von "Nüßlein"

sms77 really is no help here.. tried various suggestions from the forum - without success. moving this to Milestone "Ausblick" along the other sms-issues. this will probably be fixable with a new sms-gateway/provider
