Hope you welcome this contribution!

I did not push updated integrated data files yet. The "split in half" doesn't really create nice diffs, I guess. Maybe some other split is more feasible to update scraping runs?

I also added a configuration for renv - what do you think about that? Happy to revert if you prefer not to use it.

@andreaspacher I'm interested in trying to re-run the scripts in this repo myself, I think @nuest made really helpful updates so it would be great if you could take a look at this
