Space or comma separator #5

Is it better to use the space or the comma separator? In several cases we have strings with empty spaces, like for names.

As discussed in Padova commas might work better, but I would prepare two different types of files (comma and space separated) to do a small test

Perfect, I will therefore prepare both format, for the moment at least that with semicolon, and as a second that with spaces.
