Broken link on README (WinUSB) #4

The URL https://msdn.microsoft.com/library/ff540196 ends up being redirected to a generic page, presumably due to stupid MS re-organisation.

This covers a critical step for me (and doubtless others) so a summary in the README, or a new link, would be most helpful to understand what is necessary.

There's a helper app called Zadig that provides an easier way to install the WinUSB driver.

I'm not sure where the original link pointed, but https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/usbcon/winusb-installation has info relevant to installing the driver if you wanted to do it manually.
