{Feature Request} Favor Retro Achievements version #47

Possibly add a way to favor the version of ROM that matches Retro Achievements. Possibly adding a switch to include a Retro Achievements DAT?

Do you mean generating a DAT? Or just processing a DAT from them?

I couldn't find any DATs provided by the project.
