Is there any plans to port this Order question type to Moodle 2.2?

At this time I don't use Moodle 2.2 and don't have any plans to port this question type.

I have started to port it, locally. When it is done. I will fork your original project, upload the changes and send you a pull request. It will probably take a few weeks.
