Add index.d.ts #37

This will add type declarations for TypeScript. I've only just started-out with TS so this is in no way a complete file, but it's a start and will stop TSLint from complaining.

Learnt some more TS now. I haven't got time to update this at the moment but I've learnt that lots of anys is not the right way to go. So I'm closing this for now
