In Dwell d1m1, a secret ceiling backpack doesn't drop down when its support is destroyed

Hi, the title says it all basically.

I happens in both 0.6.0 and 0.7.0 and there's some heisenbugginess involved in whether the backpack drops down or not, but the savegame attached seems to reliably reproduce it staying put mid-air. s19.zip
