GL_DynamicBuffersBeginFrame: wait failed 0x0000 #174

Got this fatal error from a crash on Windows while Ironwail was running in the background. It had been in that state for a few minutes while I was browsing, I walked away and came back to this crash, which was noticed by my AMD software, which in turn restarted the graphics drivers.

The game was in a dormant (paused?) state on a save at the tail end of a pretty large map: https://www.slipseer.com/index.php?resources/qsp-io-loki-patera-by-asl.181/

Haven't been able to reproduce, but thought I'd report it in case it yielded any insights.

Got this error as well playing Dwell E2M1 (https://www.slipseer.com/index.php?resources/dwell.21/) which is not a huge map at all so I think this error doesn't have anything to do with a map's size.

I alt-tabbed to my browser for a few minutes, when I came back I got this error.

My GPU is an AMD Radeon RX 6600 with these driver specifications:
