If a mod requires -quoth flag to load Quoth's extensions, there currently seems to be no way to do this from the built-in mod chooser itself, without relaunching the game with the flag manually.
It would be beneficial if loading -quoth flag was somehow auto-supported for a given mod (perhaps for example check for an existence of an empty quoth file in a given mod's subdirectory?)
