[Feature Requests] Disable Demo Playback, OpenAL 3D Audio, and Disable Flashing Lights #317

This is a request for a handful of features that I believe would enhance Ironwail all the more. Options such as being able to disable the startup gameplay demos, OpenAL 3D audio support (i.e FTEQuake) , and the ability to disable flashing lights when picking up items (similarly to the KEX Engine remaster).

You can already disable startup demos with cl_startdemos 0 and the screen flash on item pickup with gl_cshiftpercent_bonus 0
