improve infrastructure #17

1. Provide the ability to change the engine and the WEB files without restart
-make the engine a dynamic lib
-make db a different process
-add communication interface to db
-add synchronization for multiple dbs
-decouple commands from the HTTP server
-add http server reload functionality
-add configuration file(xml ?)

-make the engine a dynamic lib (so) -> move pagebuilder to engine
